Paul’s Pizza Shop:

We are a family restaurant.
We mean this in the largest sense.
Not only do we want babies up through grandparents, as customers,
but we want everyone
who walks in the door to feel welcome ---
all types of people. This not only
makes good business sense, it is
the right thing to do.
Our people get along -- like a good family.
When we have
problems, we work them out. We don’t yell and scream and say
things we regret later. When we’re
wrong, we admit it.
After an argument, we make up and get over it.
We’re family-owned.
Bruce and Pamela Raley are the owners, and
we work here all the time, side by side with the employees.

We keep a clean restaurant.
Our cooks clean up after themselves,
constantly. We have a great long-term reputation with the Harris
County Public Health &
Environment Services (the “Health
Department”). We keep the dining room clean too, by
bussing
tables quickly and performing our side duties thoroughly each
shift. We are happy
to show customers the kitchen.
3.
We serve great food.
We’re known for our terrific Pizza and
Calzones. But, we also have a gourmet Salad Bar and outstanding
Hot Wings. Our tasty Sub
Sandwiches are very large (nearly 10
inches) and we have great Soups and Desserts. We
make
practically everything here, “from scratch”.

What Makes
Our Food Better?
We make practically everything ourselves,
“from scratch”, here
on-site.
The first things the cooks do in
the morning is make our pizza dough.
Then, they “fly” the dough to make some of the best “hand-tossed”
crust you will ever
taste. Our pizza sauce starts with a premium
brand (Stanislaus) that cans the tomatoes
directly from the vine,
without ever making a concentrate, resulting in a rich, authentic
flavor that we then enhance with our herbs and seasonings. Our
yeast costs more and is
trickier to use, but gives our pizza a better
flavor. We only use whole-milk Mozzarella cheese.
We have a spice
company blend our secret “Romano Seasoning” that we put on the
pizza crust,
after applying garlic butter. Some customers call it
“the ring of green”, some call it
“the herb crust” and some tell us
that the Romano Seasoning is addicting, like nicotine to
them!
We have a dedicated cook for the Salad Bar,
who prepares salads
and fruit daily. Our gourmet salad bar doesn’t just include Romaine
lettuce, spring mix,
spinach and toppings to make your own salads,
but also several prepared salads such as one
or own Broccoli-Raisin
recipes, Cilantro Penne Pasta, Red Potato Salad, Greek Salad and
Caesar Salad made with our own fresh Caesar dressing!
All of our soups are made from scratch,
with fresh vegetables.
The rolls for our sub sandwiches are made by a local bakery, and
they’re large – nearly
10 inches long. Or, try one of our “deli-dough”
subs, made from our tasty pizza dough.

Coupon
Policy:
1. Only
one coupon accepted per ticket or order.
2. Coupons
must be presented at time of payment or delivery.
3. If
a coupon is expired, it may or may not be accepted, up to
the discretion of
the Manager or Shift Leader on duty.
Expired / Out-of-Date
Entertainment Book and Gold C coupons
cannot be accepted because these are
sold to raise money for
schools and other worthwhile charities.
4. We
do not accept competitor’s coupons.

Delivery
Policy:
1.
Tipping -- Please tip the
drivers. We charge a $1.00 delivery
fee on each delivery ticket and pass that on to the driver,
however, it only
covers the driver’s gas and tires. Tips for tickets
paid with Credit Cards can be paid in cash or added
to the credit
card charge amount.
2. Change
-- If you are paying in cash, know that our Drivers carry
only about $20 in change, to minimize risks to them from robbery.
3. Delivery
Area – To see a map of our delivery area, from
our home
page, click “Order Online” and then click on “View Delivery Area
Map”.
Also, if you start on Online Order for Delivery, when you
enter the street address, the
system will let you know if you are
outside the Delivery Area.

Forms of
Payment:
1. Forms
of Payment -- We take Cash, Credit Cards (Visa,
MasterCard, American Express) or Checks.
2. Checks
– Make out Checks to “Paul’s Pizza Shop” or “Paul’s
Pizza”. Before
accepting your check, we will verify it with Scan,
a service used by
many realtors, including Wal-Mart, H.E.B.
Grocery, Lowe’s Hardware and Kid’s ‘R’ Us. If
they tell us not
to accept your check, we will let you know and ask for another
form of
payment.
If you want to understand why your check was not approved,
you can
call Scan directly at 1-800-262-7771. We will only
accept Checks that have a
pre-printed local Houston area
address, with phone number and your Texas Driver
License
number written on it.
The driver may ask to see your Drivers License. No
temporary
checks are accepted. No “cash back” given on checks. If your
check bounces, we
will charge you for any fees incurred.
3. No
$100 Bills Accepted – Sorry, but we cannot
accept $100 bills,
due to the fact that we have received counterfeit bills before.
